Orders and Shipping
Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days across Cyprus. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Click on the person icon at the top right of our website and select “Register”. Fill in your name, email address, and a password. Having an account lets you track orders, save your address, and check your order history easily.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us immediately at [your email] and we’ll update your address. Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address.
No. We do not store any credit or debit card details. All payments are processed securely through JCC Payment Systems, which is fully PCI-DSS compliant.
All prices on our website include VAT at the applicable Cyprus rate of 19%. No additional charges will be added at checkout.
We currently deliver exclusively within Cyprus. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
In most cases, yes. However, if you order multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages depending on size and availability. You’ll receive a tracking number for each parcel.

You may return any item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items such as opened software or hygiene-sealed products may not be eligible for return.
