🔁 14-day right of withdrawal

• You have the right to return your online purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you received it — no reason required.
• The product must be unused, complete, and in original packaging, with all accessories, seals and documentation intact.
• This right is granted to consumers under EU consumer-protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Cyprus Law 133(I)/2013.

❗ Non-returnable items

• Products sealed for hygiene reasons that were opened after delivery (e.g., earbuds, hygiene accessories).
• Software or digital licenses that were activated.
• Custom-configured items produced to your specific requirements.

🛠️ Warranty & defective products

• All products carry a minimum 2-year legal guarantee under EU/Cyprus consumer law.
• If a product turns out to be defective on arrival, contact us within 7 days for immediate replacement or refund.
• For issues that appear later, we handle the manufacturer warranty on your behalf.

📝 How to return

1. Contact us within 14 days: 📞 25 102760 or email info@constandinostech.com.
2. We’ll issue you a Return Authorisation Number (RA) and confirm the return address.
3. Send the product back via ACC Courier or drop it off at our Limassol store.
4. Once we inspect the returned item, we refund within 14 days using your original payment method.
