📦 RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

🔁 1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Rights)

• You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product.
• You must inform us in writing (e.g. via email) or by phone before returning the product.

📅 2. Return Period

• The product must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.
• Returns received after this period may not be accepted.

🧾 3. Return Conditions

• Product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• All accessories, manuals, and original invoice or receipt must be included.
• Items that are damaged, used or incomplete may be rejected or refunded partially.

• Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method as the original purchase.
• Shipping costs may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error or faulty product.

📦 5. Return Shipping

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

❌ 6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned, unless faulty:

• Opened personal care items (e.g. shavers, electric toothbrushes)
• Headphones and earbuds
• Software, CDs, or DVDs with broken seal
• Customized or personalized items

• If you received a faulty, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We may request photos or videos of the item to process your claim.
