What you need to know before you visit

Can I port my number from another provider to Epic?

Yes. Mobile number portability (MNP) from any other provider to Epic is free and is completed on-site at the store. You only need an ID/passport and the number you want to keep.

Do I need an appointment for a new connection?

No, no appointment needed. You can drop by the store during business hours (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00, Sat 09:00-14:00). If you prefer, call us at 25102760 so we can serve you faster.

Do you activate contracts on-site?

Yes. As an official Epic Partner, we activate new connections, contract changes, and package upgrades directly — no waiting days or going elsewhere. Your SIM is ready before you leave the store.

Do you sell Prepaid top-ups?

Yes, we offer top-ups for all Epic Prepaid packages (voice, data, international). We can also help you pick the most cost-effective package for your usage.

Do you offer business packages?

Yes. We offer Epic Business solutions for small and medium businesses: corporate mobile contracts, group connections, office Internet, and special rates for multiple lines. Call us for a proposal tailored to your needs.

What documents do I need for a new connection?

For a personal connection: ID or passport, and (if you’re signing a contract) a utility bill as proof of address. For a business connection you’ll also need your company registration details — let us know in advance so we can have everything ready.
